The contrast room is a location in the Submachine Universe.

Architecture

This area is made of two strikingly different rooms conjoined by the void where the karma portal resides. The two chambers are at slightly different heights, as if faulted by an earthquake. The portal is in the center, and below the paneling of the left room is a plaque that clues to the stone room.

The left room is a white stone room with gem energy pipes on the walls, a wooden floor with a strange green bottle on it, and a picture on the wall by Julia Tusz. It shows a photograph of rusted blue and red pipes.

The right chamber has red walls with some yellow bricks exposed, a red + black checkerboard floor, 3 cups on it - one of which has fallen over - and another picture by Julia Tusz which also shows a rusted pipe node.
